Malware Bytes: It’s Free But Is It Any Good?
When you are browsing the Internet, you are opening your computer up to all different types of Malware attacks. You may think these are easy to remove from your computer, but you may need to realize this is actually a lot harder to get rid of then what you think. At that point you most likely will turn to the Internet to find a program to help you remove the attacking software and you may find Malware Bytes. Yes, this is a free program, but you may start to ask yourself is this program any good and will it work on protecting my machine.
What Does Malware Bytes Do?
Well, the first question you should ask is what exactly does this program do. The key thing this program will do for you is remove all of the different malware which can start to attack your computer. Since you are getting rid of the attacking software, you do not have to be as concerned about this controlling your machine. However, you will also find the program looks for any of the spyware which you may have accidentally downloaded as well. Then you do not have to be concerned about your machine running slower and slower each day. Instead, your machine will run just like the day you bought it and not have a program on it running in the background reporting back what you are doing.
Does Malware Bytes Update?
This is a good question because you would think a program like this would not update all the time. However, this program does update for the first few days for free. After a certain point, you do have to buy a subscription to stay updated, but even this cost is minimal. Without this program and the updates your machine may end up coming under attack and you may not even know about the attack which is coming.
Should I Get Malware Bytes?
The answer to this question really depends on if you want to have your machine protected from these programs. If you do, then this is a great program to get and start to use. Then you do not have to worry about the malware laying hidden on your computer for a long time, until it is activated. However, even if you get this during the middle of a malware attack, you can still have it work to remove the files which are attacking your machine. You just have to make sure you are using the updated version to guarantee your machine is properly secured.
Protecting your computer may not be a priority right now, but when your computer comes under attack from malware you will understand the importance of protection. By having the information on Malware Bytes you can start to have the proper program and know your computer is protected on multiple levels. Without this, you are leaving your machine open to attacks, which you may not want to expose yourself to.
